Jefferson

Jefferson, a multifamily complex originally built in 1968 in Historic College Park, was in need of a major overhaul when we took it on. Through a comprehensive renovation, we breathed new life into these units with updated flooring, countertops, and fresh paint. Jefferson now offers modern, affordable housing and contributes positively to the neighborhood’s revitalization.
