WHO WE ARE

We are a team of real estate professionals / real estate agents that have done hundreds of transactions in the Greater Atlanta Area. Through experience, we have dissected each sale and transaction and to account for every situation that could come up during the purchase or sale process of your home. Nothing is left up to chance. We created a system for each contract, for each type of loan, for buyers, sellers. This allows us to anticipate a clients every need, every question and answer it along the way. This allows us to know and control the outcome of every closing before we ever even meet with the client. We don’t leave things up to chance and vague directions. We know what needs to get done to provide an excellent client experience, to constantly communicate with out clients, and at the end help maximize the most amount of money earned or saved on their real estate transaction with as little stress as possible.

The desire came from always wanting to create a better client experience. A better system and a better transaction. After doing hundreds of deals I learned that it is nearly impossible for a flawless real estate transaction because there are so many parties involved - buyers agent, listing agent, lender, closing attorney, inspector, appraiser, HOA companies, contractors, etc.

We learned that by taking on more responsibility, even if it means doing other people’s work, we can control more of the transaction and we can do a better job than the other parties involved because we have done it so many times. We debrief every deal and ask what went well? What could have been better? How do we avoid that happening in the future? Did we set the correct expectations for our client? From this, we continuously improve our process resulting in a constantly increased customer satisfaction.
